First day of Matt's last semester!!! YAY!!!

Today is the first day of Summer Semester, which is Matt's last semester here at BYU-Idaho! Plus, it's two days before Matt's 25th birthday celebration! And it's less than two weeks until our 2nd Anniversary! Pretty exciting, huh? Question...does anyone know what you buy someone for the 2nd year of marriage? When do we get to the good stuff...like diamonds. Not that I would know what to get Matt that had diamonds in it.

Anyways... we've still been thinking about where to go after Matt graduates and we've made a decision. We're going to go to Ohio! We're hoping that there will be more opportunities for both of us; professional, artistic and/or personal. We both feel really good about this decision! It's still scary...I mean what if we go and we can't find jobs...we could hate the traffic...I already know I hate the humidity. We both feel like no matter what happens, good or bad, we're supposed to be in Ohio right now and Heavenly Father will make sure that we're ok. He always has...it may not be easy, but it's always ok in the end. Like I said...we're really excited. We're planning on going to New York City for a long weekend, Boston (to see Amanda dear), Savannah and lots of trips to North Carolina (my favorite beaches) and we're thrilled about taking our kids to Disney World someday! We should be able to put pictures of all of our adventures up on the blog soon. New computer...here we come! We'll come back to Idaho as often as we can, at least once a year, but we're also hoping that everyone will come visit us in Ohio. We've already planned out what we need to go see and take pictures of to entice everyone to visit. Like... autumn in Amish country, apple orchards, Lake Erie's beaches (yes we have adorable little beaches), boat rides to the islands on Lake Erie, Cedar Point's roller coasters and of course Matt's favorite food...creamsticks!
