...and to all a good night! So we're up at 1am Christmas morning, on our way to bed mind you. Since it is technically Christmas day we gave ourselves the green light to open all our presents. Why wait another couple of hours, right? Plus, I wanted my family in Ohio to see these pictures and who knows when we'll be getting up. Eh, it's the honest truth.

Christmas Eve with the Ternus family was great, as usual. We played games and made memories. Magical night. I am dubbing it "Ternus family breakfast of champions Christmas Eve extravaganza". (We eat breakfast for dinner. Get it?)

We came home and opened the presents my family in Ohio had sent us and I'm always so touched by how thoughtful they all are. We're so far away and they really don't have to, but they do. It's love I tell you, true love.

A Nook for Christmas??? You're too kind Ma and Pa, too, too kind! We can't wait to set it up and try it out. We took it out and it's really pretty, super impressive. I felt like some sort of wild animal admiring the shiny, new thing and completely lost as to how to work it. We'll figure it out tomorrow. If the picture didn't scream it at you already, we're T.I.R.E.D.

To end and assure there is enough adorability (it could be a word) in this post. A picture of the one I love most!

P.S. Do I rhyme like that in normal conversation? Annoying.

P.P.S. Murray family, you're up! I expect loads of photos on that neglected blog of yours.

I'm glad to see that we aren't the only ones with a spider man ornament hanging on their tree.

Merry Christmas.
